Shanghai evacuations went from 30,300 to 215,600. Careful with early numbers

Small point from the Typhoon Dolphin post that I think matters. Al Jazeera's explainer had Shanghai evacuations at 30,300. By Sunday evening the Guardian had 215,600.

Neither outlet was "wrong", the evacuation just kept growing. But if you'd screenshotted the first figure and shared it, you'd be off by a factor of seven. Worth checking the timestamp before quoting anything during a live storm.
