Back to school and classrooms are still 30C+. Should schools have heat limits?

Friends with kids say their classrooms have been unbearable this first week back. A lot of UK schools have no cooling at all and big south-facing windows.

There are rules about workplaces but I'm not sure there's a clear maximum temperature for classrooms. Should there be? Or does that just mean more days off that parents then have to cover? Genuinely unsure where I land.
