31.1 million Netflix views for a GTA video. how are views counted though?

Not trying to be the fun police but I want to understand the number. 31.1 million views in a few days for a 27-minute video. Netflix counts "views" as hours watched divided by runtime, if I understand right, so a lot of half-watches add up.

Also it went to YouTube after six hours, and different outlets give different YouTube counts. So the real total is much bigger, or much fuzzier.

Not saying it's fake. Just saying be careful when people compare it to films.
