How much do you really spend on games per year? Honest numbers

I keep a small notebook of what I spend. Last year it was about 140 US dollars, mostly in sales. I was a teacher, so maybe I am careful.

But I read that average spend is much higher for many players, especially with in-game purchases. I am curious. Please give a rough number, no shame. Include subscriptions if you have them.
