JLR cuts 4,000 office jobs and the minister says no bailout. a short rant

So Jaguar Land Rover will cut about 4,000 jobs worldwide to save £1.7bn, mostly salaried UK staff: management, marketing, R&D. Factory workers "understood to be unaffected". Tariffs, Chinese competition, and last year's cyber-attack that shut their factories.

As an IT guy in Mexico, the cyber-attack part makes me twitch. One attack and two years later people lose jobs. Somebody please give the security team a budget before the marketing team needs one.
