Shop owner here: card fees are eating me alive. Go cash only?

Running a small shop, the card processing fees add up to a painful amount each month. I've thought about a minimum spend for cards, or a small discount for cash, or going fully cash.

But I can also see the downside: half my younger customers don't carry cash at all, and I'd probably lose sales. Has anyone done this, either as a shop owner or a customer? Did it work?
