Second year in a row in The Hague. Is banning enough?

I read the GONOM post. Fireworks, Nazi salutes, 24 arrests. And last year, rioters set police car on fire and attacked D66 party office.

City banned the march, police cleared the Malieveld. But I wonder, if same group comes every year, maybe the ban only makes them angrier? I'm not defending them, just not sure the ban solves anything long term.
