Why 'nearly 90%' and 'nearly 88%' both appear: quick math

In the centenarian post, two outlets give different share of women. Here is the math with the ministry numbers.

94,298 women divided by 107,677 total = 0.8757, so about 87.6%. 'Nearly 88%' is correct. 'Nearly 90%' is rounding too much. Small difference, but I think it is good to check numbers like this.
