October sky stuff: the Orionids are coming, plus the best time to see them!

After the Perseids thread in summer a few people asked for more, so! The Orionids come every October, usually peaking around the third week. They're bits left behind by Halley's Comet, which I think is the coolest thing ever!

Same rules as before: get somewhere dark, let your eyes adjust for 20 minutes, look away from the city glow. Best before dawn. It's colder now, so bring a flask!
