Why did only India get medals from the ICC chairman?

India beat Pakistan by 19 runs, fine, good match. Hasan Nawaz 96 was brilliant innings in losing side.

But Al Jazeera reported Jay Shah gave medals only to Indian players, and Pakistan and Sri Lanka got theirs from Asian Games officials. No reason given. As Indian I am happy with gold but I am not comfortable with this. Am I wrong to ask questions?
