Best sports documentaries for a 14-hour flight?

I travel for work quite often and next month I have a long flight from Mumbai to Toronto. I have finished all the films I wanted to watch, so now I want sports documentaries.

I enjoy stories more than highlights. Something about a team or a person and what it costs to win. Cricket, football, F1, anything really, as long as it is not two hours of slow motion and music.

What would you recommend? Bonus points if it works without wifi, so something I can download.
