Would you ever actually buy art at a fair?

Not the $10 million kind obviously. But all the coverage makes art fairs sound like a place only for billionaires, while I've heard there are small galleries selling affordable prints too.

Has anyone here bought something at a fair? Was it worth it, or do you feel pressured into it? Asking as someone who reads contracts all day and suspects there is fine print.
