Handing out sweets tonight? What's top tier and what's a crime?

Halloween night. I've bought a mixed bag, but I've done some analysis and I'm worried my selection is weighted too heavily toward the boring stuff.

Please rank: chocolate bars, gummies, lollipops, raisins, toothbrushes (yes, a neighbour did this last year). Anything that should be banned outright?
