PSA: parkrun is free, nobody cares how slow you are, go

Got dragged to one by my sister in January. Assumed it'd be a load of lycra people judging me. It was not. There was a bloke walking it with a dog and a coffee and he got clapped in same as everyone.

5k, Saturday morning, free, you just register once and print a barcode. That's it. That's the whole pitch. I drive a bus all week and sit down for a living so this is genuinely the most exercise I get lol.

Not sponsored, they don't pay anyone anything, that's sort of the point. Most countries seem to have them now, worth a look.
