Which farming game is closest to actual farming? (from an actual farmer)

I'm a sheep and barley farmer in Yorkshire and my mates keep sending me farming games as a joke. I've now played a few and I'm genuinely curious what people think is the most realistic.

Farming Simulator has the machinery spot on, to be fair. Stardew is lovely but nobody's ever got rich off parsnips. What I'd really want to see is weather wrecking a harvest and the paperwork. Maybe that's why nobody makes it.
