Are influencers ruining heritage sites, or is that just snobbery?

I run a small shop near a fort in Rajasthan. Every day I see people doing photoshoots on old walls, climbing where signs say not to, bringing drones. Some ask me which corner is 'best for reels'.

But I must be honest, they also buy things from my shop, and some young Indians come to these places now only because they saw a video. Before, the fort was half empty.

So I am not sure. Is it damage, or just new visitors who behave differently from us? Where is the line?
