Moved to a new city alone, how do adults make friends??

Hi! I just moved from Hamburg to Munich for a new sales job and I don't know anybody here! At work everyone is nice but they all have their own lives and families!

How did you make friends as an adult in a new city? Clubs? Apps? Language? I am open to everything!
