cheap running shoes for flat feet?

just started running after work. my feet are basically pancakes and my shins are angry after like 3k.

dont want to spend 200 bucks yet in case i quit in a month lol. any recs for something decent that wont wreck me? or should i just go to a running store and let them watch me jog on a treadmill
