First Premier League match in London - tips for an American?

I'm visiting London next month for a work training and I really want to see a Premier League game while I'm there. I've never been to a soccer match in person!

How hard is it to actually get tickets? I keep seeing 'members only' everywhere. Is it okay to go as a neutral, and is there anything I should NOT do or wear? I don't want to accidentally sit in the wrong section in the wrong colours.
