Moving out for the first time. Which kitchen things are really needed?

Next month I move to my own small flat in Singapore. First time living alone. Budget is not big.

I see many lists online with 30 or 40 items. I think it is too many. I will cook simple food, rice, eggs, stir fry, maybe soup.

What are the most important things to buy first? And which things I can wait and buy later? Thank you.
