why do the tabasco fire timelines not match at all?

reuters says it broke out during a concert with thousands there. infobae says 2am, after the site closed to the public.

those are two really different stories. one is a crowd disaster, the other is exhibitors stuck inside overnight. how does a wire get that wrong? or am i missing something
