IPCC plenary bingo: what else can't 195 countries agree on?

Since they couldn't agree on a report timeline for the sixth time, I'm starting a list of other things that would clearly be impossible at that table.

- Where to order lunch
- Whether pineapple goes on pizza
- Room temperature in the plenary hall (ironic)
- Which way the toilet paper roll goes

OK I'm being a bit mean. I know consensus is hard. But as a doctor I can tell you, a hospital that couldn't schedule its next audit six times in a row would have serious questions to answer.
