Taiwan here: China exports AI chips now? Who actually makes those parts?

The GONOM post says China's exports rose more than 16% in the first three quarters, driven mainly by semiconductors and other tech goods linked to the AI boom.

In Taiwan we always hear that the AI boom is good for us. Now it's also good for China's exports? How much of this is the same supply chain, parts going back and forth? Does anyone know how these trade numbers count a product that crosses many borders?

And if the AI demand slows, which the article says is unknown into 2027, do we all fall together?
