bbq season PSA from a doctor: cook your chicken, please

every summer it's the same. lovely weather, someone's uncle in charge of the grill, chicken that's charcoal outside and basically raw inside. and then a few of them end up seeing someone like me.

get a meat thermometer. they cost less than a pack of burgers. you can still be the grill guy, just be the grill guy who doesn't make everyone sick.
