What the three outlets actually say about the Buggenhout barrier

I read the Buggenhout post carefully because many people in my chat asked me if the barrier was broken. Here is what the post says, simply:

Al Jazeera: the minibus drove through closed barriers, and the prosecutor's office said the barrier was closed and the red light was on. 1News: Infrabel said the crossing was working correctly. CTV (AP wire): a short account, calls it a school bus. Infrabel estimates the train was going about 120 km/h with no time to brake.

What we don't know: why the minibus went in. Prosecutors say the cause is not established. So please don't share the 'broken barrier' rumour, the reports don't support it.
