ok it's october and the season has started. my abuela's rules, all real:

- wet hair outside = pneumonia. instant. guaranteed.

- barefoot on tiles = you will catch something terrible in the stomach

- air conditioning in a car is dangerous for the neck

- you are always 'going to get cold' even if it is 22 degrees

- a scarf solves 90% of problems, soup solves the rest
