Healthcare workers: how does your hospital prepare for heat season?

I'm a nurse in Hyderabad. Every summer our ward fills with heat exhaustion cases, mostly outdoor workers, older patients, and kids who played cricket too long in the afternoon.

We do the basics: ORS stocks, cooling, extra staff on the worst days. I'm curious what other hospitals do, especially places where extreme heat is new. Do you have heat action plans, early warnings to patients, anything that actually works?
