former game tester here: what is the funniest bug you've ever seen?

I spent many years finding bugs for a living. My favourite was a horse that, if you approached it from behind at exactly the wrong angle, launched into orbit. We called it the space program. It shipped. Not my fault.

So I ask the community: what is the best (worst) bug you have seen in a game? Physics bugs especially welcome.
