Is 'Tarantino' actually ABOUT Tarantino?! I need answers!

I've watched the 'Tarantino' video four times now and I'm obsessed! Lisa going through a hotel to deliver a letter to her favourite filmmaker, Quentin Tarantino! That's how the Korea Herald describes it!

So is the whole song a love letter to his films, or is he just the excuse for the video? Are there references hidden in it? I've spotted what I think is a nod to one of his films but I might be making it up!

Film people, help me out!
