Ten days after Kolkata: has anyone said what the announcement was?

The GONOM piece from the 18th listed what we didn't know: what exactly the announcement said, and whether police will examine crowd control at the pavilion.

I haven't seen anything here since. Has anyone from India seen follow-up reporting? I don't want to speculate about blame. I just think the families deserve to know what happened in those minutes, and that it matters for every other pavilion next year.
