World Cup office sweepstake rules, from a retired teacher who ran 30 of them

Rule 1: names in a hat, no choosing. The person who 'just wants Brazil' must be stopped.

Rule 2: small stake. Maybe 2 or 3 dollars equivalent. Big money ruins friendships. Rule 3: a prize for the last-place team too. The person who draws the weakest team must have something to live for. Rule 4: the boss pays double. This is not a rule but it should be.

Kenya is not in the tournament but in our house we support whoever plays nicest football. What are your house rules?
