My simple way to backup music projects (3-2-1 rule)

I am musician and I lost one song project two years ago when my laptop disk died. Very sad. So now I use the 3-2-1 rule and I want to share because it is easy.

3 copies of the files. 2 different kinds of storage, for me the laptop and one external SSD. 1 copy in other place, I use cloud storage, but a disk at your parents house is also ok.

Every Sunday I copy the week projects to the SSD. The cloud sync is automatic. It take maybe 10 minutes per week. If you make music or photos or anything, please do this before something happens, not after.
