PSA: summer sale wishlist trick that actually saved me money

Every summer I buy six things and play one. This year I tried something different. I put everything on my wishlist and waited a week before buying anything. Half of it I'd stopped caring about by Wednesday.

Also worth checking the historical low price before you jump on a "deal". Some of these discounts are the same discount every single year.

Does anyone else have a rule like this? Or am I the only one who needs one?
