"not naive about the risks" - the line that stuck with me

Read the Damascus post twice. What stayed with me wasn't the blasts themselves but Macron saying they're not naive about the risks but they are being managed.

I honestly can't decide if that's reassuring or the most politician sentence ever. Both, probably. Thoughts and condolences to anyone affected by the café bombing earlier that week too.
