Sticky rice down 23.3% but restaurant soup price up. Why?

In the samgyetang post, sticky rice is 23.3% cheaper and home ingredients are 2.8% cheaper. But restaurant bowl is up 2.8% to 18,154 won.

I do not understand. If ingredients are cheaper, why price go up? Anyone know how restaurant price works?
