PSA: Perseids peak in mid-August, here's how to shoot them on a phone!

Every year people ask me this so here goes! The Perseids come round every August and phones are honestly decent at them now.

Get away from streetlights, rest the phone on something solid (a mug works!), use night mode or a pro mode with a long exposure, focus manually to infinity if you can, and point about halfway up the sky rather than straight at where you think they're coming from.
