how to start saving when salary is small?

I am teacher in Philippines. My salary is not big and after rent, food and sending to my parents, very little left. Many videos say "save 20%" but this is impossible for me.

Is it still useful to save very small amount, like 200 pesos every week? Or it is too little to matter? I want to start but I feel embarrassed because amount is so small.
