Turkey in NATO and the Mecca pact at the same time - how does that work?

Genuine question, trying to see both sides here. Turkey is a NATO member, and Fidan explicitly compared this pact to Article 5. So in theory Turkey now has two mutual defence commitments with very different partners.

Is that a problem, or is it just normal overlapping alliances? I can see arguments for both.
