[Help] First time in Europe, 10 days, I want ART. Where do I go?

Pharmacist, finally have vacation days and savings at the same time, which in my profession is a miracle.

I have 10 days in late spring. I love paintings, especially Impressionists and anything weird and Spanish. I do not love queues. My budget is medium, meaning I will eat a lot of bread.

Option A: Paris + Amsterdam. Option B: Madrid + Barcelona. Option C: Florence + Rome, and accept I will see 9,000 Madonnas.

Convince me. Bonus points for one museum nobody tells tourists about.
