my cousin in Texas thinks i'm rich because i "live in a cheap country"

Every time he visits he says "wow everything is so cheap here" and orders three tacos al pastor and a beer like he's a king. Bro, I get paid in pesos, not dollars. For me it's normal price.

Anyone else have this with relatives or friends from richer countries? The tourist economy is a strange thing. I love my cousin though, he always pays for the beer.
