Can my workplace ban smart glasses? (coffee shop, customers filming)

After the court ban news, my manager asked if we should put a sign up. We've had a couple of customers in the Meta ones and one of my coworkers is pretty sure she was being filmed while making drinks.

Can a small café actually just ban them? And how would we even enforce it, ask every customer with glasses to take them off? That feels awful.
